Privacy and your data

Short version: your readings belong to your course, we use what you give us only to run Rootzone, and we don't sell or share it.

Your course's data

Your course owns every reading, session, spot, note and target in Rootzone, and the original files your crew sent. You can take all of it at any time.

• One-click export of everything as CSV, plus the original uploaded files.
• Any report you filter on screen can be exported as CSV.
• We keep the raw files your crew emails so any import can be replayed if something goes wrong. A file that fails to read is kept too, so it is never lost.
• We put this commitment in writing in the terms of service.

This website and the early-access list

When you join the list we store your name, email, course, role, the time you signed up, and your browser's user-agent string. We use it to write to you about early access and to understand who is asking for it. Signing up twice doesn't create a second record.

This site sets no cookies and has no advertising or tracking scripts.

Who sees it

We don't sell your information or share it with advertisers. The service runs on Cloudflare, which stores and delivers the data on our behalf.

Asking us to remove you

Write to hello@getrootzone.com and we'll delete your early-access entry.
